What: Young Dems Summer Pool Party

When: This Sunday, July 11th at 12pm

Where: Poolside at a private residence in Mission Valley

The Young Dems are going poolside for this July’s social! We’ll be grilling and playing games at a friend’s pool in Mission Valley (address to be posted soon - check out the Young Dem’s facebook page). Bring what you want to throw on the grill. BYOB (no glass, please).

And for all of you soccer fans, don’t worry, we’ll also be watching the World Cup Final!

San Diego Pride Parade 2010

What: Volunteering for Pride 2010!

When: Saturday, July 17th – Shift One: 8am-1pm & Shift Two: 11am-4pm

Where: Hillcrest (Check-In at the DMV parking lot on Normal St.)

The San Diego County Young Democrats will be volunteering at this year’s San Diego Pride Parade. This is your opportunity to help the environment, hang out with other Young Dems, spread the democratic word, and enjoy the festivities associated with San Diego Pride!

We are looking for volunteers for two shifts on July 17th: 8am-1pm & 11am-4pm. Volunteers who complete their full shift will receive lunch and a ticket to the Pride Festival on Saturday!

City of San Diego Redistricting Commission

What: The city of San Diego is currently accepting applications for its Redistricting Commission. The application filing period is July 1st through August 2nd.
